Uncertain Love by Irina Barzykina – Under 18s Award Winner by UK Songwriting Contest
The talent this year in the Under 18s category was so exceptional and outstanding that the UKSC is promoting a number of the finalists listed below to our contacts in the industry. But after careful deliberation the judges chose 16 year old Irina Barzykina as the winner. Irina’s jazz influenced writing displays a maturity and a feel for composition well beyond her years and she shows great promise for future development. She was also a finalist in both the Singer Songwriter and Love Songs categories this year.
