Kylland is an indie-folk-pop duo formed in Oakland, California in 2017 comprised of vocalist/guitarist/songwriter Kim Kylland and bassist/producer Todd Schramke.

Their’s first release, an EP entitled ‘Bloom,’ has been described as a “first springy blossom from the band” with a “spacious minimalism that lets Kylland’s voice sprawl out on full display” (Substream Magazine). It was produced/engineered by Brad Dollar (Bob Weir, The National, Father John Misty) and features performance and co-writes from Josiah Johnson (The Head and the Heart).

After a year of treating the Bay Area as a home base, the rising costs of living led the pair to sell most of their possessions and head out on the road. They will tour in support of ‘Bloom’ until 2019, when their debut LP is planned for release.
