Me and my guitars. We’ve had a love-hate relationship for many years but they just won’t let me go. We explore lots of different styles and are particularly fond of mixing it up with vintage synth and Mellotron sounds to evoke a time and place that probably never existed.
Spent my formative years listening to the new emerging electronic scene in the North of England, whilst learning to play Annie’s Song fingerstyle. The name “ELT Project”, or “Extreme Lounge Terror”, is in recognition of the crap thrash metal I used to attempt to play with friends before going home to listen to Burt Bacharach.
Trying to make music that is slightly unusual; sometimes a little bit comforting, sometimes confusing, now and again rather disturbing. Perhaps I succeed occasionally. Please take the time to drop in.
