A four-piece Portland dream-pop band, Superocean: lead guitar, drums, bass, and keys/vocals. Under the former name CASTLES, and that was also the name of our their EP in 2016, which was a more spaced out indie rock and alternative project.
With a changed our name to Superocean out of necessity–since no one could find us as CASTLES–and released a short and sweet EP last year that we’re proud of. We’re about to release another EP this summer that goes in yet another new direction, and the first single “Best Thing” was just released. There’s a very 80s, late-night drive feel to the song.
