Guitar bliss and impending doom

Tidal Wave is a Toronto based art-rock band featuring an eclectic group of six musicians. Influenced by M83, Depeche Mode and Arcade Fire, the band is currently prepping its first album for 2021.

“Regrets” is about that crushing sense of impending doom when you think too hard about death alone in bed at night.

It’s a feeling I find myself falling into often and I needed a way to express it. The lyrics came to me almost fully formed when I was at a show and nothing felt like it was hitting me.

Produced by us, mixed by Graham Walsh of Holy Fuck and mastered by Carlin Nicholson of Zeus, our forthcoming EP comes to terms with death and loss.
