Get ready for an electrifying journey through sound as London-based artist Cormac Todd unveils his debut track for the powerhouse single ‘Lifeboat’ in collaboration with electronic pop producer MACAQ.

Executive produced by none other than Grammy-winning legend Pete Smith (The Police, Duran Duran, Stevie Wonder), this track is a mashup of 80’s inspired synth-pop beats with a modern twist of influence from heavyweights like Shawn Mendes, Lorde & The Weeknd.

Hailing from Ireland, Cormac’s emotive songwriting is inspired by the likes of Dermot Kennedy, Joni Mitchell and Taylor Swift. This year, Cormac is set to take the music scene by storm with an upcoming EP release and a string of live performances across the UK and Ireland. With themes of support, friendship, and unconditional love, ‘Lifeboat’ is a message of hope and comfort.

“This project came from so much love and a desire to express this to a very close friend in their time of need,” Cormac explains. “I wrote it at home in Ireland, and the song carries these roots in every beat and melody.”
