“Your streets are now mine” Corasandel present their new single – As In Always. The second single from upcoming debut EP All The Hours Are One, out as a physical 5 track CD on Friday 26 April 2019 from Old Tin Box Recordings. As in Always shows the Lincolnshire based musical duo of Jimmy Osborne and Mark Merrifield taking one of Mark’s original songs and over last winter tearing it completely apart and putting it back together again.

From the gentle, lone guitar intro through a complete left turn 58 seconds in, building to a massive double chorus, and then finishing with an anthemic coda, a LOT of ground is covered within 4 minutes 19 seconds. Mark says of As In Always, “We wanted to create a ‘rollercoaster’ of an indie-shoegaze-pop single with Jimmy’s lyrics striving for a better day at its heart. It was a lot of fun to create and we hope it’s a lot of fun to listen to.”

The band’s previous singles have seen national radio plays from Gideon Coe and Tom Robinson on BBC 6 Music and Jake Crossland’s Heat Rash on Amazing Radio. BBC Introducing Lincolnshire have been big supporters (picking the band as a Hot Tip for 2019), as have the global shoegaze community (DKFM Shoegaze Radio and Highwire Daze Radio in the USA). Their last single, Unison Mix, was described as “Hazy passages of shoegaze brilliantly infused with beautifully entrancing post-rock.” (Primal Music) and “This is how you want it done.” (Austin Town Hall)
