Beorma is an Indie Pop/R&B Birmingham duo formed in 2020 consisting of vocalists Tom and Ferns. Both former members of separate bands, Tom and Ferns found musical love during a very long and hard National Lockdown.
With their first single F U released in November 2020, Beorma are slowly making their way through the Birmingham music scene. Bringing a multitude of styles and genres they’ve created their upcoming debut EP ‘Virtual Emotionality’, which is set to come out this year.
Their music ranges from spoken word tracks resembling the early works of The Streets to the synth fuelled Indie Pop sounds of The 1975. Although their sound is quite often classed as Pop, Beorma address very dark and morbid themes such as depression, self-medication and stalking in their lyrics; often disguised and masked by the upbeat and vibey sounds of their tracks.
