After having performed at venues like Gebouw, Hall of Fame, and festivals like Breda Barst, the rockers from the Dutch town Breda are ready for a new step: releasing their debut EP “May I Present Myself”. The second track on the EP will be “Nothing but Hate”. Despite getting inspiration from bands like Blink-182, Basement and Green Day, “Nothing but Hate” has a completely unique and distinctive sound. Starting from October 1st 2021, “Nothing but Hate” can be heard on all streaming platforms.
‘It’s disgusting how people can be, how they can drag you into their toxic environment and hold you back on the things you want to accomplish. Negative vibes, constant complaining, Nothing but Hate states the fact on how people can hurt you but also can make you a stronger person after all. Fuck all the fake people.’
Summersile is a 3-piece alternative emo/rock band from Breda, The Netherlands. The band was formed in 2018 by the simple use of finding each other on the web. The band participated in the coaching trajectory “Breda Most Wanted”. Steef Siwabessy (guitarist of Waylon) and Jasper van den Dobbelsteen (from pop-punk band Travoltas) helped the band among others with musical and commercial marketing approaches. Positive feedback has been given by Steef Siwabessy, Jan Pronk from TCC Studios, Wladimir Geels, Eric Schroeber (i.e. ex-tour manager Rowwen Hèze), and many more. With this strong base, Summersile is ready to conquer the alternative music scene.
