Indie pop bliss out

Our good friend, David Vassiliev, directed and shot this song’s video. With our EP releasing this October we wanted to focus more on its creation process and the experiences we had along the way. We spent just under a week at a studio in Coquitlam, B.C. and got to experience recording as a full band for the first time.

I know you’re somewhere out there, I’ll wait here in the dark This line is special to us because it indicates that we understand that the situation is unhealthy but we find comfort in it nevertheless. To change would be more difficult than to stay the same in what you know.

We hope that you are able to reflect on your own patterns as you listen. “In The Dark” is less about overcoming and more about acknowledging how we cope.
