The Eighties called, they want their synth sound back

The eighties are making a comeback in so many ways, and synth music is one of them.

Electronic music may have gotten plenty of attention when it first emerged in the late 70s, but by the early 80s synths had taken a backseat to other instruments and sounds, namely guitar-based rock and pop music (as well as R&B).

Me & Melancholy have found ways to infuse their songs with elements from the past, including that classic synth sound from the 80s.
